    How about the pitch on those contra rotating props! Whatever happened to the American entry into the 1929 race, the Mercury Racer? While I'm slightly O/T (its too early), I musty confess a love for the Boeing P26.

    Boeing XB-15 perhaps? Apols - I can't post pics from here at work. Only one built, so qualifies as rare. Despite the 'X' designation it was converted into a transport and served throughout the war in the Carribean as a transport. Scrapped in 1945:(
