It really is a personal preference. A lot of ladies wear tap pants or french knickers over their open bottoms. A lot of ladies wear thongs or g strings underneath. And more still just forgo the whole underwear thing all together.- Lenore

I'm not stating that I prefer the elastic types to a good solid garter belt, but that if you're looking for a single stocking hold, they'd be preferential to the little stringy things posted earlier. Those just look like uncomfortableness defined. As far as the "pretty Lingerie" garters...- Lenore

+1!!! Agreed. They're the best. If you're in the Houston area, try Top Drawer Lingerie in Uptown. Not only do they do great fittings, I'm pretty sure they carry up to KK.
