You might want to try the CMP. They used to carry a very nice reproduction stock for the M1 Carbine and the M1 Garand. If they don't sell them anymore then a gun show is probably your best bet. Thanks Tom. I found that one at a gun show a few years ago. Looked like it had never been shot. The slide has that beautiful blueing of the old S&W's. Of course the frame is aluminum but looks good too.- Landman

All these Homburgs look great. Makes me want to try one again! I had a nice Stetson St. Regis but sold it because I didn't feel comfortable with the way I looked in it. I should have held on to that one for awhile before making that final decision. -
