That A-2 and your 1756 have excellent "looks!"
The A-2's I posted are all Aeros--I'm trying to get some wear on them...in the evening when it's a little cooler...
Your right--never can get enough of those Aeros.
What's your next A-2 going to be Burnsie...I was thinking on the lines of...
Awesome 1756! Enjoy it well. I have a 1756, but it's totally opposite from yours--my 1756 is real thick, smooth.
Here's the pic:
FIRST, 1756, FROM BOTTOM. SECOND, Anniversary special, straw-colored threads. THIRD, Vintage. Fourth, Smooth.

Yes, sir--middle one is JC's A-2...I had a Horsehide A-2, also JC's, new, and sold it for dirt cheap here on the lounge...there were no takers, but a great guy from VLJ FORUM bought it right away...
Ahoy! First pic--"one of the Asian Manufacturers"--THE FEW based in Japan...

second pic--John Chapman's A-2 Roughwear, middle A-2...Think about investing in one of JC's A-2, though THE FEW A-2 is constructed very nicely....

Nice one, "Burnsie,"
how'd you get your collar to lay flat like that?
let me know if you want to do some trading--I have an exceptional Goodwear Horsehide A-2, size 44...I never use it.

HI, JAMES,
ATTACHED YOU'LL SEE THE "HAPPY DAYS" IN SEAL HH WITH RED SILK LINING AND MY NEW AERO COLLECTION...with one Goodwear HH A-2....
Thanks to you, I'll be ordering a "Happy Days" in black FQHH....
Yes, Mark is really a good guy--he bends over backwards to make your order come out perfect...
I really like the quality of Aero jackets over the others, but that's just subjective....
Yes, too many people complaining over every nuance in terms of Aero manufacturing A-2's correctly...He just rather not deal with all the bull...Now anyone who wants an A-2 has to buy from Aero--Scotland.
Mark is a great, stand-up-guy...I have bought four Aero jackets from him, one recently...
Hi, Folks,
I have this beautiful, really unused Goodwear, Horsehide, size 44, model #21996, excellent in every way. I don't use it much--I use another GW I have, which is a RW. My asking price is $550, excluding shipping. Nametag removed, and once I had a WWII pin in place of the nametag...
You must have put a smile on your dad's face...
giving, sharing...wish we could all become! Then maybe, the world could begin.
for the "dough," not bad at all--it's the thought.
What a masterpiece of wear! Your B-2 and you as one in the cool mornings and evenings of the English countryside, thinking about the history behind B-2's--all those men crying and dying and living...tremendous jacket for all the years to come.
