Dinerman has one that's a spot-on match, but all still seem unsure as to Biltmore or Brockville or possible era, it is a 3x, but that liner! I wonder if has been replaced with something more "modern", but you are right, almost certainly Canadian.

Both are brisa weave cuencas (grade 3/4 with nice finishing) with a back sewn brims, the identical black & gold "genuine Panama" crown top stickers and the ubiquitous "crown pinch...

After I lost more than a few hats when such-like happened to ME, I simply started to be the guy who contacts the buyer, at once, asking if they have a BIN price that would be acceptable.
If the seller is "tricked" then this means they simply failed to do their homework, to carry out...
I was not aware that the runabout was more than a year or two old, these look, well,... quite well loved.

I really like the look, altho' some reviews noted that the brim wasn't dimensional but 3" all around. That stinks.
If it is still made in Fall River MA. it is by Korber Hats, perhaps the last great New England factories.
But...the crown is listed at a mere 4", so I may (will) let it pass...
