I watched the 2 hour pilot. The show wasn't bad. I'll watch at least another one. Wasn't quite sold on Brosnan's accent. A cross between Sean Connery and a Texan
I took this picture yesterday but changed phones and had to get all my pictures transferred, (won't get into that debacle). So here are the Road Champs.
I did get my boots today. As with Mark above mine are slightly different than the description on the website. The heal nitrene is way thicker and not the cats paw as shown in the description. I'm sure to the purist it would bug them but it's OK with me. My pair does also have the half sole...
@Boyo thank you for the reply. I was thinking about having no nitrene and winter wear. They would be slippery for sure. Looking forward to this afternoon. I hope they fit!
Ok gotcha. I'm not on Instagram or anything like that. At least they are half soles not the full monty. I'm taking a half day off to be home when they arrive as they need to be signed for.
This place is addicting AND expensive!!
How do you know about the half sole? I suppose for slippage it is a good thing.
I think I got real lucky. I inquired about the boots. Peter said he may have a pair coming in my size, (8.5). He asked if I'd be interested if the guy backed out and I said sure. He email me back and said the fella...
Now that is sweeeeeet Carrie. I had a pair of Vanson leather riding pants back in the day. The quality was 2nd to none. Actually I gave them to my brother when I stopped riding. He still uses them and they look great 20 25 years old.
No Sir. A fella by the name of White Wolf in North Carolina made that knife, another one like it but shorter and a tomahawk for me. In this picture shows the knife and tomahawk along with a possibles bag & horn I made. A a pic of the 'hawk by itself.
I gave it the old college go and I am like a giddy school girl!. I tried the methods on the hat I had originally thought of doing. Results were good but the height of the crown was not conducive to much change but!! I have another hat from Mr. Fawcett...
Thanks for the likes guys. Beautiful car it was and super fun to drive. Unfortunately I had what in the trade is called a mild off course excursion lol. I did have it repaired, (that'll buff right out), then eventually sold the car. I had made it into to much of a race car for general street...
Thank you Sir absolutely will. I opened the link, (thought it was this thread), and watched your 1st two videos right off the bat. Can't wait to see the others. To answer your question the one I am thinking about, (now going to do!), is a factory, 'neat' diamond crease. I'm more of the Bogey...
hello all you bashers. Your hats are awesome. As a newbie is there a method to re-creasing a hat? I have one I'd love to play with! Anyone care to share the art?
Thank you
