Yeah, that's my thread and my Lost Worlds A-2. I would say there is probably 12-13 years of hard use in that jacket where I wore it nearly everyday.
Indestructable to say the least.
I am cleaning out my jacket armoire of things that don't fit or that I don't wear.
Here's an Alpha MA-1 that I have had for years. It is a size Large, and it was made in the USA.

Langlitz Columbia with dress, collar, 10 pocket option, Sam Browne Belt Loops, and snaps for Mouton Collar. Langlitz does not size jackets as each one is custom made. For reference, it is an approximate size 46 as compared to a Vanson and a larger size 44 compared to a comparable Lost Worlds...
Excelled Cafe motorcycle jacket for the very late 1960s as determined by the sleeve zippers, leather manufacturing tag, linen tags and the dry cleaner address specified for cleaning.
This jacket is in good overall conditon: The leather is in great shape, the main zipper works fine as does the...
Eastman .50 Cal Horsehide A-2 Jacket, Size 44. I am the third owner and purchased it from a fellow collector over on the VLJ site a little over a year ago or so. Come from a pet free, smoke free home.
Please note that this is a .50 Cal jacket. As described on Eastman's site, ".50CAL is a...
Avirex Horsehide MacArthur A-2 jacket, size 44, all original and hardly worn. This was purchased sometime around 1988. I am the second owner and have known the jacket since new as I friend of mine in college bought this new after I had bought the same jacket, but in a size 40. Please note the...
It pains me to list this for sale as I lusted over it for nearly 4 years before acquiring it, but when a jacket just doesn't fit right, it just doesn't.
I recently (November 2018) bought this from a friend of mine over on the VLJ site. Here's the original listing...
I do and it is a superb jacket surpassing just about anything up to a Good Wear. It can't be beaten for twice the price. I had no issues ordering or receiving the jacket.
Star Sportswear due primarily to pocket flap shape, length of pocket vs. width, lack of collar stand, rotated inset sleeve, collar point design with nipple snaps. Epaulets would be telling.
