It's a gorgeous jacket. CXL horse just isn't my thing.

Couple extra pics that Tony sent me when I purchased the jacket.

Aero "Wooden" Bootlegger (owned by Ton)

SOLD!!! I purchased Ton's "wooden" Bootlegger the other day. It arrived today and isn't going to work. Basically I opened the box, tried it on, put it back in the box. I paid $575 so I'm only looking to break even. $575 plus shipping or local pick up. Obviously the jacket has been worn as it's...

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

If my Langlitz Cascade fit that well I'd still have it. That's a beaut.

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

I bet it'd be a comfy riding jacket, but for a fashion jacket I'd pass due to the elastic.

    I'm just saying... LOL!

    Possible trade CHP

I only wish Ton was getting rid of that beautiful bootlegger he's been sporting. That jacket is amazing!

    Possible trade CHP

I have a size 44 Vanson CHP that I purchased less than a year ago and have only worn about 6 times. I purchased the jacket directly from Kim from Vanson at a show. I told her I preferred not having belt loops so she showed me how to have them removed and the stitching replaced. I then had them...

    Documentary idea on this culture

I think this is a great idea. Besides leather jackets I love motorcycles and guitars. It's easy to find books, magazines, and film regarding those hobbies, but there isn't much out there regarding leather jackets. I'd gladly pay money to watch a film about this industry.

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Just received this Vanson Commando from LeftFieldNYC. Christian and Jonny at LF were great to work with and willing to take lots of measurements for me to ensure fit. Very happy. As for the jacket. I believe this is Vanson's x-150 leather which is a bit thinner than their competition weight...

Is that made by Real McCoy's? Absolutely beautiful!

    Vanson Model E Highwayman 42

Hope you're keeping it. Vanson Highwayman is one of the nicest jackets around. Really miss mine.

    Vanson Model E Highwayman 42

Bummer... I'm for sure a 44 with those measurements. Awesome jacket. Best wishes with the sale.

    Vanson Model E Highwayman 42

Can you post measurements? I'm a 44 in Vanson's CHP and comet, but believe that the E runs a bit larger. Thanks.

    Schott 618 sizing question/favor

Turns out I'll be traveling through Chicago next week so I'm gonna stop by Schott. I agree with Edward that Legendary's charts seem off from what I've tried on in the past.

    Schott 618 sizing question/favor

I can't get the 618 to show up either, it appears scrambled. The 118 in size 42 states a pit to pit measurement of 24" which doesn't seem correct as I tried on a 118 in 42 and it was skin tight with a t-shirt on. All my other leathers with a 24" pit to pit are big. I like a 23-23.5" which allows...

    Schott 618 sizing question/favor

Wondering if anyone owns a newer Schott 618 (steer) in either size 44 or 46. If so would you be willing to take a few measurements so I can gauge sizing? I've been looking online but Schott measurements seem hard to come by, and the ones I found for the 118 (said they came from Schott), weren't...

    Couple of cool Schott jackets

I tried the express jacket at Schott in Chicago. I liked the cut, but the color in person is quite different. Not shiny like picture, almost a suede appearance. If it looked like the stock photo it would have been mine.

Diamond Dave Buco J21 Shinki Teacore 46

If only it was about 1.5" longer... Very nice jacket.
