I swapped it with a chap who was advertising it on the Eastman Facebook page. I think it's a regular but he did not know as he bought from another chap a while ago. It was to big for him so it has not had much wear. There is a nice 40 long on Ebay currently, but it has insignia.- Whitters

When I did wear it I rarely 'toggled' it up. The person I bought it from neglected to tell me that most of the toggle loops had been cut off; three remain two at the top and one on the next row down. To make it function it they would need replacing and if you did both sides as it was before...- Whitters
