I think I might've cried. I'm guessing there's no practical way to have the yoke replaced by someone like Deena in a scenario like this, and from how damn perfect that thing looked at first to this must be a real kick in the &$!@. Sorry for your loss!
I think it looks great, and for what it's worth, I feel like some of my jackets look/feel just an inch too short and would be quite happy with the fit you've got on yours.
Can you post pics with a measuring tape? I'm particularly interested in the chest measurement, as mine in size 40 is a bit bigger. Been wanting a black one.
Nice thing about a peacoat is it's so versatile. Suit to sweats, it's hard to go wrong. While I like this one a lot, the vintage one you've been rockin' is simply amazing. One of these days I'll get the nerve to dip back into the vintage market!
BR Peacoat today. One of the miss steps I've made with my leather jackets has been not allowing room enough for layering, which I hope to correct by sizing up next purchase (whenever that is).
