Are you all shaving in the evenings? For me the issue with the DE is that i shave in the morning and am always sort of rushed. I can’t enjoy the event of it all. Also, how frequently are you shaving? I need to shave every day for work.
@navetsea i think you might be the only one here who has taken a jacket from sketch to shoulders.
I myself am not creative enough to make good decisions from stock options.
Looks awesome in design. The fit looks good and not boxy at all in the photo. Anyhow if there is a little room it will allow you to wear a vest underneath when its chilly and you’re on the bike.
Cool. I think there is a thread here asking about this. It was a brief conversation but the answer seemed to be that no one had one. This could be because blackened brown hasn’t been showing up here super long or jackets Worn in rotations. I’m sure everyone would like to see pictures of yours.
I was just attempting to Be thoroughly objective so the post could be useful to other prospective buyers. I really like the jacket. I don’t think it’s perfect but after a few years here I’m pretty certain that unicorn does not exist..
Funny you should ask. That is another thing i really like about it. Full zipped the cuffs are wide enough to check the time. If i recall correctly recently it was stated that wider cuffs were authentic.
Forgot to mention the grain is developing faster than a polaroid. You can literally see it come to life.
Also, i gave it the laser straight stich inspection (not really a hang up for me) and found exactly two small wobbles you’d need to be looking for.
I am very satisfied with the jacket. Definitely going to keep it. The shoulder/chest fit is just perfect.Of the “cons” mentioned the only that really stands out is the liner.
The zippers are akin to the aero line so not terrible but most recently coming from the IH which has teeth like a comb...
It’s great that the all of the first members to reply have been an inspiration in my lust of the crosszip.
Yes only the J-24L comes with the fur. The numbers are a bit different and these worked better
Warning: This thread is likely to be meandering and long with no clear purpose.
As @jeo correctly recalled in another thread, I have on several occasions commented on other peoples pictures that the D-pocket double rider is my favorite jacket to look at. However, despite being a 25 year...
Thanks man. I have some non jacket stuff up for sale too. If enough of that moves i’ll pull this one down. I really love the beefy two way zipper, and the leather.... its just end game
If i lived by you and could wear cool jackets 9 months a year the closet bar would sag a whole lot more
