Yeah, I read about that. I try to opt for high fiber foods.. In the morning (now it's morning) my belly is flat. As the day goes on, I get more and more puffy. I'm thinking it might be the sugar. I'm less Vinnie-looking when I retain myself from sweets. And carbonated drinks. I stopped... -

Oh... :( I prefer running 'round. :D I had a fortune of growing up on a countryside.. no danger around. And no need for a leash. (I don't think we had these.. they are still not popular here.. moms are afraid that people will mock them: "Is that a kid, or a puppy?")... it happens.- Stray Cat
