Sweatband and Glue...?
Tony, it's just the seam part of the sweat, behind the stitching itself where the glue was. You can still fold the whole thing inside out. -

Dr..... I agree, they're unique to say the least. She said they came from an estate sale. I may have paid a little more than I planned for them them, ($12) but they are sterling and one of a kind. :D -

Wow.... Sweet Lid....:eusa_clap :eusa_clap I love the liner and the accent in the bow is a really nice touch. The offset brim dimension, front to back is unique....I like that a lot. Art really out shined himself on this one for sure. By the way, what's the Crown height? -

I was wondering, I noticed on a few beaters that I came across that I have taken apart, that the sweatbands were glued & sewed. What I'd like to know is, what type of glue is used to hold it in place? And do they still do this? [huh] -

I finally found my Navy Lid.... It's a Disney Lancer , but I'm definitely putting a Pork Pie bash in it, cuz I always wanted a Navy Blue Pork Pie. :D -
