When is giving advice crossing the line?
Same here.. ;) In our culture it is considered RUDE to approach a stranger and give then any advice. We believe any word like that IS stepping over the line. In my culture you NEVER go to a stranger and tell them everything. But, if you choose to do so, don't be surprised if you get "the look"...- Stray Cat
