It's for the generation after 1940 hard to read. In that time periode most of the people used a feather with ink.

The producing date of this cap is between 1920 - 1940. The liner pressure
shows a sütterlin writing, a simplified German handwriting that was popular, in that time periode. The sütterlin writing was banned in 1941.
