Last night I enjoyed a Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA. The hoppy, piney and citrus flavors are well balanced, IMO. Easy sipping. The lightly dry hop flavor had me going back for another sip. I read that the name is derived from 60 hop additions through a 60 minute boil.
