^^ Yes. They are still operating. I have been to one of their factories in Kewanee, IL. For some time, until recently, they had a "factory store" there, however it seems to be closed now. Their older products - such as your nice CR, are pretty decent. Newer ones were iffy in terms of quality.- AeroFan_07

^^ If you have never had a leather jacket prior, "The Flat Head" products are an exceptionally expensive way to get started. I would tend to reccommend finding something used, cheaper to start with and see if you like wearing it, and get the size naied down. Then spring for an expensive one.- AeroFan_07
