    I loved peanut butter as a kid up until I was told that it was the reason for the daily excruciating headaches and vomiting. I ate it everyday multiple times a day, but at some point it decided that it did not like me anymore. I was traumatized, no more peanut butter and jelly sandwiches...

    The answer to why there were leftovers is simple: I am sick. As a result of feeling under the weather, my appetite is not what it should be. No aliens... well, unless they have invaded my body and are the reason for the overall crappy feeling I am experiencing. :D
