That’s how I typically reason it out.
Not considering the rarity that usually increases demand/worth, I think about how much more money to custom a jacket brand new.
Thank you and agreed.
And thank you again Monitor for the brief possession of that killer Cordovan Cafe Racer and its lasting effects on my taste and decisions.
Do not ever let that jacket go Bowen. We like having some fun within our deepest cravings.
Funny you should mention inheritance- My son knows, because I have told him...."when I die, you get all my jackets!"
Enjoy that jacket!!!! For all of us.
Holy crap. I was just missing that Cordovan Cafe Racer from Monitor, then stumbled upon this thread.
It was the thickest Aero Horse Hide I had the pleasure of wearing. Soft too. And that color!!!
It was the jacket that convinced me of the size, fit, style, from Aero, no other manufacturer could...
Honestly- I get that tugging with every CR I have ever tried on or owned except for those that are too large.
The design of the CR, form fitting and sleek, just will never feel like other designs ie. Highwayman, Suburban etc.
I agree completely and wish all my jackets had football underarms...
