    I love the B3, just too warm to wear too often in Australia. Seriously tempted by a d1 though...I wonder how much warmer the b3 is compared to the d1. I really like the Eastman designs for these jackets, but also love the aero ANJ.?..good luck with your search...too many choices!

    Hi guys, I've been looking at some Wesco/ Whites for some boots. It might be a rookie question, but what is the advantage of lace to toe boots? Does it affect the comfort or feel at all? Is it just aesthetic? Thanks for any help...cheers...

    My initials are BK, so in a sense, they will be! However, I'm unsure of those details. Curious that Carrie has said they are using specialty hh etc for thurston bros models. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it with Theo, as I'm unable to order said model through Carrie....

    They are pretty helpful, and are quick with email replies. The gent sent me several detailed pics, and they are made one at a time for each customer, so you can customize. They also have a lovely looking chain wallet, and a few other interesting pieces.

    Thanks Griff. Yep, I'm keen on some personalised wrinkles... Is it then a case of the more you wash, the more they will fade? I've bought the indigo, hoping they would end up with decent "jean patina"(?) and thought the darker to start, the better.

    I've never owned "proper" jeans prior to ordering 2 pair from these guys...so if I understand in correctly, I just wear em and wear em, and don't wash them for as long as possible? Is this right? Sorry for the rookie questions and thread high jack...

    Hadnt thought of that, but your right......I do ride, but part of the appeal of the cafe jackets, is wearing it socially, more so than a perfecto style jacket which I would only wear on a decent ride...
