Good morning.
This past few days had me enjoying Founders All Day IPA, Founders Grapefruit IPA, cold brewed coffee and this morning a Shilling Hard Cider while working the grill. I have veggies (potatoes/peppers/ brussel sprouts with bacon/parsnips) and chicken prepped and ready. I will...
Good morning. My walkabout was taken under the brim of a VS Executive (blue mist beaver felt). This hat was inspired by the Adam Pacesetter in Executive quality.
I wore a Stetson with a stitched brim treatment while enjoying some morning cold brew.
Morning yard chores I...
A rainy morning had me enjoying an Akubra Campdraft (bluegrass hued felt).
Coffee and a stroll had me wearing an Adam. Pliant-Eze and Executive Quality sounds fancy.
I ran a couple errands in a Stephan Stetson.

Agreed. This was a 50 something guy at a bar in St.Paul with the name Dubliners. The guy took his time and poured a beer that exceeded my expectations. I am speaking to the audience, but I was reminded how good a Guinness on tap tastes. In a good way it is different than bottled.
Yesterday I wore a cap made from Fox Brothers covet cloth. The cap garnered compliments from the crowd gathered to listen to Phil Heywood and Eric Lugosch. They treated us to 1920-1950's blues and jazz music.
Cheers, Eric -
Saturday evening's house paty featured Mike Dowling. Arriving home I poured a Surley Todd The Axe Man IPA and walked about. I followed it with Four Roses relaxing on the deck.
Yesterday I enjoyed listening to Phil Heywood and Eric Lugosch. It was an early evening of blues/jazz. Since it was...
I made an opportunity to wear a vintage tie last evening. I have showcased this Sun Valley tie before and hope you enjoy seeing it in action again.
Cheers, Eric -
Yesterday I wore a Gannon Playboy to a house concert that featured Mike Dowling. Glorious Saturday evening.
This mornings walkabout was taken wearing a Stetson Stratoliner.
I enjoyed morning coffee under the brim of a Stetson Playboy.
I dropped home made bread at the...
Yesterday evening after a house concert featuring Mike Dowling, I came home and enjoyed a wee bit of Four Roses. I ambled about later sipping Surley's Todd The Axeman IPA.
Cheers, Eric -
Last night I enjoyed a Moon Berries from Shilling, a Seattle cider maker . This option has blackberry (a bit of sweetness) and then blueberries (adds fruity and tart). It hit the spot last night.
Cheers, Eric -
My walkabout fedora kept the rain of a cloudburst off my bald pate. This Nutria hat has the expected stiff brim.
Home and sipping coffee and then pulling a rake to pick-up detritus from under the rose bushes. I chose my Stetson Premier Stratoliner in a cadet blue for my light efforts...
I am enjoying a VS (Vintage Silhouette) fedora morning. It rained last night and when I brush against the evergreens or trees I get wet and "pollen" rains down on my hat.
A walkabout in a VS fedora in green moss. This hat was inspired by a Stetson Whippet. The felt is as luscious as can be...
Jack; Congrats on the Irish Creme tonight. Your post reminded me that we have in our cupboard an unopened bottle of Baileys that is > 8 years old and a >3 year old opened bottle of Kahlua and I am disposing of both this evening.
As to the beers: I have only sipped a Rainer beer. The were...
My morning shenanigans on a Whippet Wednesday started early. A Stetson Whippet in a blue felt was my soirée fedora.
I enjoyed coffee wearing "The Brock." This 30-40's hat was made by the Wolthausen Hat Corp, Canadian factory in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. (When Stetson bought out...
