I don't see anything strange with that; those people (like us) are just being prepared. You are right - winter is coming. It comes every year. I agree on this one. If I don't eat well.. my workout bulks me up - end result NOT being what I aim for. If I take care of what enters my mouth (and try not to over-work my shoulders) I get to keep my backside. :D -
