Joao, you would love it in Texas. While not everywhere like they used to be there are still lots of cowboy hats worn. Lots of straws but when it cools down there are lots of felts that come out.
I have a trio of finds to report. While I was working yesterday my sweet wife and her dear mother went to a local city wide garage sale and found a couple of hats.

I couldn't wait! Tommy made a comment in the WHAYWT about not being able to get the sharp creases in New felt like you can in the old felt and he's right. This felt shaped like a dream.
