Josh, Honestly I'm not sure about the sweatband being real leather or particle leather, but it feels nice. I have a Premier Strat on its way so I will compare the sweatbands in the two hats and let you know my thoughts when I receive it. The hat fits dead on true to size, at least this one... -

Thanks MOK. It is straw season this weekend with temps in the mid to high 70's but then its back to felt with a cold, rainy week in the forecast. dh66, no, there is no reinforcement in the brim. I think it will need a little steam tonight to get it the brim to my liking. -

Open Crown Stetsons: A Call (Plea) to Retailers!!
Great looking hat, Seabass, but I don't think you are being too picky. That was a sloppy job on the stitching and for the price point these things are commanding I think it totally reasonable to expect better workmanship. But all in all it looks great!
