First is a new Biltmore in 7 5/8 true in black imperial finish (a real nice suede finish) and has a 3" brim.
The second is a late 50's early 60's stingy brim RESISTOL with an awesome red liner...
All you need to do is outdo Dep with not one, but two dew rags..........!
M;)
PS and for that little someting extra......use a third (3rd) dew rag for a pug!:D:D
Found this solid later 50's entery when out and about Sunday......butter soft felt......aparently at least the liner was cleaned at one time...."Nu-Way" hatters tapes are very interesting......it is a 7 1/4 LO......so goes in the trade pile. Usual silverbelly, with
5/8 brim.......if only a 7 1/2...
It is a beaut and is looking forward to a trip across the sea..................;)

May 1951, General MacArthur wearing civilian clothes for the first time in 12 years stands for the National Anthem at a Giants-Phils game. First big league game he had been able to attend since 1935!
Here is my Wormser with its "Royal Luxury" and "Weatherize" treatment.......apparently sold in a factory store.....as many Wormsers were.
