Just got the pens back from Picard, and they are amazing! I have been doing some research and I found out each model. Need hat advice
It may have had some stiffener added, to answer number 4 you can steam the entire brim and make it look how you want it to look, this will also take some of that stiffness out so you can mold it- Historyteach24

I feel like you and I are in the minority because I have only had one problem with the usps and they fixed it. Even though their prices are going up it is still cheaper to ship via usps because UPS and Fedex have a bunch of "hidden fees".
