A lot of folks keep telling me that our pets will be waiting for us in the next life. I hope they're right. I miss the ones I've lost. I just came in from visiting Earl. I miss him terribly.
My heart goes out to all who have had to go through this. I wouldn't wish this pain on my worst enemy.
It's hard to say, I've lost both. I've lost many sick kittens over the years. It's always sad.
I have been spending lots of time with Randy. He's laying next to me right now.
Poor guy.
Unfortunately, no new pets for me until I'm out of here. I still have my Randy, we also have a dog...
She doesn't want a RWD.
I thought this would be good for her, because it wouldn't attract attention from the law (she's got a lead foot) and the only criteria she gave me was FWD, good gas mileage, and power windows and locks. And she told me she didn't want a big car. She's very small...
I want to thank all of you for your kind words. It means so much to me. I have unfortunately taken this way harder than I thought I would, I've just been a wreck.
I gave him the best life I could, but I wish I would have spent more time with him. You reflect on these things and think about...
Don't gotta be a sucker to buy it. It's an Imperial, it's got just about every option you could ask for, and gets 30 mpg.
The thing's got hideaway headlights, power trunk release, power closing trunk, power windows, locks, mirrors, defrost mirrors, A/C, premium sound, leather interior (which...
I lost my Earl today:
He is on the right. This picture is from a couple years ago.
He's been a little sickly ever since I got him, but got very, very bad a few days ago. Watching him going is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
I went out to feed him and Randy the other night...
I actually like it. I bought it for the Mrs, but she does not like it at all. I would keep it for myself, as a little winter fuel saver, but I can't. It'll be back up for sale, soon.
That's about what I expected to get for it, here. She currently drives a 2001 Stratus, the transmission only has one gear (2nd) bad tires, bad battery, constantly won't start. This car seemed like a step up, it only had a couple issues, which I was going to address, and it would be good as new...
Interesting read.
I am often bothered by people who think that the entirety of the fifties was ducktails and poodle skirts, or "Leave it to Beaver" they're great, kitschy ideals, but the truth is somewhere under the polished stereotypes. My grandparents raised a family in the suburbs in the...
