Your "done in a hurry" is better than most of my tideous works. I say you look amazing :thumb:
Just had my hair cut the other day.
I'm not saying I'm never going to have my hair long - but for now... no. I prefer being the "Bob Hair" girl :D
Say - if you're interested in the short-hair...
This is well said. :eusa_clap
...
few days ago I went and had my hair cut - and that reminded me of "Bernice Bobs Her Hair".
I've decided to read it again, and started posting chapters on my blog
Never had a "brown" mood - I had some grey thought, blue mood (on one or two events I must admit I've experienced a purple-glasses syndrome) - but I have never had a brown.. [huh] ...there's a first for everything :D
...and brown is not a color. :p
I would not call that "screaming", I'd call it "accentuating special features" .
You have a lovely home. :yo:
As I've started above.. let me finish: Brown is something that comes "on the other end" when you're done digesting. :pound:
Absolutely amazing.
Simple, clean-cut and.. yes, I'm thinkng about having something like that - THAT would not make my tiny living room feel like a cave. :D
That, too.. where can I get some? :D
Good luck with that. :p
..
I was reading on colors, and came to this sentence: "Warm tones like reds, yellows, and oranges, and earth tones like brown and beige often work well in both the living room and foyer, because they're though to stimulate conversation" shakeshead
For some reason, it's...
In this day and age - any random character would be thrilled to goof around and pretend he/she lives a different lifestyle. One way of knowing for sure: they use this sentence "I'm vintage" - Errr, no you are not.. you may be old, but not THAT old. lol
Depends on the occasion. :p
You think it's like "let's make good television"?
I don't know - it's all so, so.. unsuitable. [huh] There we see a house, set for being enjoyed in peace and harmony.. and right in the middle of the living room - there's a oversizes fella, looking like he's just finished some weight-lifting...
Just saw a first episode of BBC's new mini-series:
Mapp and Lucia
Synopsis: The social rivalry between two women in the 1930s when Lucia rents Mapp's house for the summer.
...
My opinion: It is hilarious!
I'm not sure WHAT to think about it.. as James has noted earlier: the house is great, however the fella seem so unfitting. Is it just me, or: when someone truly enjoys an are so much, that them surround themselves with every single house item from that era.. shouldn't they, themselves.. well...
Accept the circumstance, sir.. :yo:
As a matter of fact: it is not half as bad as it might look like at the beginning (coming from someone whose both parents are retired and have found a new lifestyle quite soothing) :)
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! :cheer2:
