I went to a restaurant once that had menudo and ordered it. I couldn't even smell it. It was disgusting. Really bad menudo is absolutely terrible. As far as tamale's go, mom's tamale's are, how can I say it? Terrible. My wife, on the other hand, makes exceptional tamales.- redlinerobert

My mother is from Mexico. There are 2 things she is exceptional at making. One of them is menudo, and the other is chicken mole. Both recipes are generations old. If I had to choose a last meal between the two, it would be very difficult!- redlinerobert
