Nancy I bruise like that too I think it is from being fair skinned, or so I think. Anyway I don't know how to make them go away faster , but I do know how to cover them up. I am a special ed teacher and one of my children had to be put into a restrain for 5 hours, the only problem was that the...
Honestly the first time I made it I botched it so badly that i couldn't even attempt to try it on. That's what I get for looking at the pictures and not following directions.
I shampoo my hair once a week maybe even less, it is sort of when my hair feels like it needs it or I can't for the life of me remember when the last time I put shampoo in my hair then I shampoo it. But I put conditioner and very heavy conditioner at that in my hair ever day and usually leave...
Deadpandiva, you are spot on it is a vogue repro pattern. This is actually my second attempt at this dress, the first time was ridiculous and didn't read the directions and only looked at the pictures, needless to say I didn't do a good job. And when i went to see if I could get more fabric to...
I hide them using my curls and then I use hair pins the looser kind made out of the thin metal help, you can't usually see them. But my hair is naturally curly so it is pretty easy to hide pins i in it.

As always I greatly enjoy your hair. And I tried your setting saturday night, and while it wasn't exactly like yours, but I loved how it worked, thanks so much for showing me your pattern.
I wore this yesterday it was easily 110+. My family came to visit and we went to the USS Wisconsin, and there were a bunch of vets there that really liked my dress, they actually said something while I was walking around the ship with my nephew. I love this dress I feel like a princess in it...
I made this last week and wore it when it when my family came into town they said I looked like June Cleaver which kind of made my day.
I love the back
close up on the fabric
and the buttons (my camera was being rude I am not sure what the color is doing here.)
Jasmine Jolene You can make button looks with the bias tape, if you look at the purple dress I made that is what i did. I works very well for me. I you would like I can take pictures of the loops for you. I works just as well as button holes but you it doesn't require the same amount of nerve.
I would not call what I have a "Victory Garden" or any kind of garden for that matter, I am an apartment dweller and have a topsy turvy tomato plant and some basil, I like Italian food. But that is it.
My family live in MD Frederick to be exact and my mother called to wake me and tell me about it, she was a bit frightened. They live in a massive 200 year old home and she said the house shook and actually moaned a bit. I am just glad no one was hurt back home.
Ok I don't know if you wanted a girls opinion but I am gunna give it. I consider myself a nice vintage girl, and I have one tattoo, and another on the way at the start of August. However the current one is on my upper thigh even when i wear modern shorts (the really short kinds) you can't see...
My perfume is most certainly not vintage it is Vera Wang Princess it pretty much only smells like vanilla (my favorite smell) but not that syrupy sweet vanilla, it's quite nice , and it stays all day which is also great.
I just want to give you all a round of applause :eusa_clap when I was in college, mind you I went to an all women's college, I gave into the tossing my hair on top of my head wearing jeans, flip flops or gym shoes, with a t-shirt. If it was cold I would wear a sweatshirt and run from building...
