This is a brand new Akubra Bobby western I got at a great price. I was told it was black & planned to use it for a project hat. Got it today & it's brown. I could send it back but now I kind of like it.
Joao - it was wet all around, just didn't show well in the picture. But the sides of crown didn't get very wet.
Thanks - it has become a go-to favorite. I wanted a 1950s TV western look & think I found it.

The Model 60 was the first gun I bought when I became a Deputy Sheriff in 1981 & I carried it daily as a back-up or off-duty gun for almost 25 years. One of my all-time favorites.
