    Baby shampoo is the best I guess. Shampoos found in all those organic and bio Eco shops are great as well.

    Sure, you can dip the cuffs, collar and other aeras in hot water, but I believe you may see some “ border lines or differences” inbetween treated and not.

    All my shearling repros, GW, ELC, AERO, went through at least two consecutive HWT. It softents the outer skin ( during drying on a styrofoam clone of my torso and arms, I oil the outside every 6 hours +/-). The fleece becomes denser and curly ( hence shorter)...the real WW2 original look...

    F/S my superb Irvin jacket...just recently found out its an early Aero Irvin...but just check the pics how well made and in this time Aero used NOS Dot WW2 zips. Fleece is very soft and pliable and with almost no fur loss. Size is a very good 44” maybe 46” ( pit to pit approx 24-25”) back approx...
