This came today. 1950s Excelled, but probably made by a different contract manufacturer as my last one. Identical design. This one employs NYNCO hardware (?) horsehide is softer but the entirety of the leather is strong & very pliable, this one seemed to be from an earlier 50s than my other one...- regius
