The horsehide raw material label (not the Wolf label) is shared among many makers, so supposedly it is from the same tannery, as a “branded” horsehide. I wonder if it’s the same tannery as the one whose label is a thin, rectangular shape as appears on the Excelled jackets & Campus label jackets.
Update on Langlitz D pocket: They got to it, and very flexibly agree to re-make. They even offered to ship this one to me just to try and make sure everything else is ok, with shipping paid.
Sidetrack: why our popular makers of today’s don’t yet offer D pocket orientation like the Cycle Champ? It’s so easy & makes a huge difference. I’m curious if Ken would entertain the idea of rotate the Elvis D pocket a little bit?
