Not sure about Lost Worlds' tolerance specifications for custom ordering. Thinking about Lost Worlds.. thoughts, experiences?
Crown zippers are quite smooth - at least the spring-loaded #10 main on my J23. Rest of the smaller Crowns are comperable to Talon repros on my other jackets Do be advised that some Crown zippers are not "pretty" to look at (mine are dull grey) but solid in function.- AeroFan_07

So I own and enjoy a Lost Words J23 that was ordred by a member here with several upgrades. I will upload photos of it but they are around on this site already. Thoughts on the Thunder Bay from Aero
Here is a link to their website showing a rather similar Thunderbay. I had to look it up as I thought it was a longer button-up model. The have quite an extensive history. I have tried but never suceeded picking one up, and much like your observation, I have had good luck with Aero & other makers (Vanson, Cal, Lost Worlds, etc) for less cost.
