For $79 I will try one. I don't really go by X rating on fur. It is all a bunch of sales gimmicks as far as i'm concerned. I have some wool hats that are better than my furs. It has a 2.25 snap brim that is perfect for me. If it is bad I will set it on the shelf for looks.:):):)
I'm ordering this hat. I'll try anything once. Has anyone heard of Steven Land Hats? Color is beautiful.

The reason I like stetson is the snap brim needs no steaming to look good. Just snap it up and you're done. The only thing that I have steamed on a stetson fedora is the crown to change shape.
Gary Rossington has heart trouble. As far as i'm concerned Lynyrd Skynyrd died after plane crash and the loss of Allen Collins. I don't even enjoy listening to them anymore.
I might try that. When I get a long oval I still have to steam and pull to get it comfortable. I would like to try a gambler but when I tried one on at a hat store I could almost stick my fingers in the sides.:(:(
Thats me my hairline receded and my forehead grew. To get most hats down just above my ears in the back I have to steam and extend the dome on hats.:):):)
Wiki says... The bowler hat, also known as a billycock, bob hat, bombín or derby (USA), is a hard felt hat with a rounded crown, originally created by the London hat-makers Thomas and William Bowler during 1849. :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
