    Board racer has very very trim sleeves. Don’t expect this to stretch. I sold my BR because I could not get it to feel comfortable (though tbf mine was CXL)

    Do waterproofing conditioners cause dry rot on leather?

    I had this exact question a few weeks ago. In the end, I said screw it, and applied some to my naked cowhide jacket. So far doesn’t seem to have caused any issues (and the way I see it is waterproofing conditioner slowly wears off anyway, so none of the effects will be permanent)

    Ah really? My other Brooks also had a smell (but mouldy rather than the cigarette smell) and the tub almost entirely got rid of that. Is it that the different odors react differently? Also is the peeling cuffs something you would worry about?
