yes - I have L-W trojan m/c jacket made from elk hide. Similar to deer except heavier. I has a more pebbled texture that may be from the tanning process.- heron163

Charles - the B15 arrived today... fantastic jacket! Ricksons nailed it when it comes to the fine details. I am pleased to say the fit is better than I hoped for when it comes to my somewhat simian dimensions... looking forward to the MA-1 as well. Is the Gibson version of the B15 ever going...- heron163

Thank you for your thorough analysis. and comments, yep - It is tough to buy off the rack... I don't like most of the men's offerings in suits for the 10" drop so a suit gets very expensive... I have nothing but positive experiences with Stu... I have five customs (2X trojan, deerskin ryder, deerskin A2) a bedford, and a B-3... all of them are used by me and have needed the occasional repair over the years - which he has performed w/o issue...- heron163
