they are too long. I have 34" sleeve length and a coke bottle shape - long torso and a 42" chest. I have owned two LW A-2's still own one custom A2 in deerskin and one B-3. The custom is a bit on the long side but the other two A-2's were annoyingly long for me so I sold them... my experience...- heron163

Toys McCoy's B-3...
I am curious about the back... is it one piece or 3? I have a LW B-3 with one piece that after 20 years of use is still stiff as a board lol! I swear it must be bulletproof the collar appears to be twice the width of the McCoy’s. The straps appear equivalent. It is a 44 and even with a bulky...- heron163

Goodwear Jackets why the attraction
I bought a used Goodwear off the exchange here. It is an A-2 Monarch pattern. It is a very nice jacket although the color is somewhat unusual being a very light almost tan... the mixture that you use at home is much weaker than commercial preparations sold for the purpose of killing molds (Spor-Klenz for ex). I wouldn't use one of those on clothing lol... but white vinegar and the strength of H2O2 you can buy at the market is pretty weak stuff... but works. yeah it...- heron163

Hi Charles - I took a chance on a size 42 Perry B-3 and lucked out as sleeve and body lengths are down right perfect. It may be a little loose at the waist with the side straps cinched in but not bad. Upper chest and shoulders fit well. I am amazed how close it resembles the original B-3’s...- heron163

Hi Charles - I really like the look of the Perry you describe in this thread. I am right at 150 pounds right now and 5'9" tall. I would like a fairly trim fit and only wear a thin shirt under the jacket - no layers. The 44 Dubow is huge on me right now! I am in no particular rush don't know...- heron163
