Good Wear Ventura (Modified)
On John's site he has a link for sizing. Just print it out and take it to a tailor and let them measure you. Just prior to John making this jacket I had it done.- 767fo

I didn't have the storm cuffs added. There is no flop in the wrists at all. John does not make the cuff as large like they are on my Highwayman.- 767fo

Good Wear Ventura (Modified)
I just took delivery of this Good Wear Ventura in seal Japanese HH. John was very kind to make adjustments from his production model. The modifications that were made are a more pointed collar, an extra chest pocket, and the removal of the cuff straps. I will post the detail pics at a later time...- 767fo

New 30´s jacket
That's great!!! I really like the look of the back without the half belt. I hope the sleeves shorten up a bit on my HWM with some wear. They were a tad long but not enough to send it back to be shortened. Congrats on the jacket!!- 767fo

You did a great job adjusting the style of the 30's half belt. The back length, shoulders, and overall fit is dead on. The sleeves really look long but some people like that look and you pull it off well. But I do think you could go with at least another half inch in the front length. But only...- 767fo

I had the pleasure of trying on the 1401P that is currently on John's sale page. I thought the color was very rich and the grain was amazing. It is all personal taste but I really liked it. Aero Vintage Brown vs. Oil Pull
I have the brown FQHH on my Highwayman and I can tell you the top coat wears off very quickly. Which is a good thing on this type of a utility jacket. Over time you will for sure get the vintage look without it having been manufactured. Good luck with your choice.- 767fo
