I get my friend into felt last year....vintage stuff..... and it took some arm twisting and a donation hat from me to get him started...so, he finally realized this vintage stuff...

    Felt? Steam it. Any Tea Kettle will suffice; about half full with water. I use a papertowel tube and on the end wrap a piece of tin foil to narrow off the tube and make a neck with an opening about the diameter of a pencil, stick it in the kettle opening; slightly steam and fix it up.
