Have you considered having it altered? A normal tailor wouldn't be able to because of the nature of 4oz leather but perhaps Stu himself would be willing? Also cobblers have machines which can easily sew through leather that heavy but I'd be hesitant to trust them to do a sleeve alteration...
I noticed that about the wider stripe, I wasn't sure if it was just because stripes are hard to see sometimes in photography or what. That's super helpful to know, also the sizing info is helpful as I can't figure out whether to go for a small or a medium. Typically I always wear a medium but...
I think these evolved more from the whole goth ninja thing of a few years ago than skinny jeans. The Rick Owens, flowy black fabric ninja look, morphed with tapered sweatpants and bingo there ya go, drop crotch MC Hammer Ninja pants arrived.

Of course this look is pretty...
There's something profoundly off with you. Excuse for not taking a job so I can feed my kids? I'm 32, I have no kids and no immediate plans for any. I've been working at the same fortune 100 company for 6 years. I'm neither unemployed nor underemployed and that's not nothing considering I...
Casechopper, I've already had to buy a Naked and Famous Noragi because of you, now it's looking very likely that I'm going to get one of these pointer brand chore coats as well, possibly the band collar version. I feel almost guilty aping your style but these items are simply too great not to...
Try actually reading my post instead of hurling baseless insults, I laid out some of the challenges facing young people today, and how some of us have been able to rise to meet those challenges without compromising who we are. I never said we had anything harder than anyone else. Again, please...
Look man can please stop projecting whatever issues you have with your teenage kids onto me? You don't know me, and Honestly from the way you're comporting yourself here today I'd prefer to keep it that way.
I factually never said any of the things you just attributed to me, in fact I said...
I hear your pain on the hipsters and the rednecks but there's far more to our generation than this. If you don't like your surroundings you can always change them - the world is basically what you make of it.
Seriously, we are the first generation who will do worse than our parents, but look...
I'm really not here to argue with people who aren't going to read what I'm actually saying (or trying to say) so I'll just leave it at this. I never said I like skinny jeans or claimed that anyone should. Sloan said he doesn't see how anyone could wear tapered jeans and I said I don't see how...
You've got a cool look, you easily pull off the straight leg jeans because your whole style has a great retro vibe. Jeans such as these would only really look good within that retro context, where they aren't trying to be current but instead are paying homage in a way. The way you rock that...
Slow it down there bud, I'm neither a hipster nor do I wear skinny jeans. I've also been lurking these forums since 2010, though I've just finally started posting so really I'm not as much of an interloper as you seem to be implying.
I've already said it earlier in this thread I only wear...
How anyone could ever wear straight leg or boot cut jeans is utterly a mystery to me, absolutely nothing looks worse; coming from a millennial's perspective straight cut jeans may as well be bell bottoms or ass less chaps.
I've got two leather jackets at the tailor right now. One is my girlfriends vintage Harley Davidson getting the sleeves slimmed down, and another is mine getting the windflap removed and the cuff diameter tightened so they zip down airtight.
Congratulations, this is easily one of the best fitting and most stunning jackets on the forum. Some guys will probably say the sleeves are too short etc, those guys prefer a sloppier fit and that's cool too but in my opinion you nailed this to perfection. This is what happens when obsessive...
These are literally all I wear, besides a single pair of 511's which my girlfriend has actually "custom tapered" for me and 512s. The 501ct are generally my perfect jeans, slim through the leg, tapered at the leg opening to about 13" and a normal rise, not low like the 511s. Unfortunately...
