Last night we had a 20s themed party. This was my first attempt at a flapper look, it is not the best I have ever seen but I am pretty happy with how it turned out. -
1940's Eyebrows: Should I Try Them?
I think it is worth a try. I would bring loads of photos, and ask for them to thicker than Rita's to start with really only because I find it better to start off a bit thicker as you can always go thinner, but there is no turning back if they are too thin. -
Any other curly girls in here?
My natural curls don't really lend themselves at all to vintage at least I don't feel that they do, they are a bit like the curls in Brave, so much curvier than 1940s and 1950 hair. If my curls were softer and or wavier I might feel differently I can see how that would be nice. -

Hair refuses to hold curl even after
Like a few of the other ladies I have naturally curly hair. That being said I don't use my natural curls when I do vintage hair. I definately have had times where my artificial curls fall out.
