Warm weather has me thinking about straw. I'm not a fan of "shantung", but I like the style and venting of this Stetson,, so this one should be here Monday. From our friends at one2mini ranch. Their shipping speed is exceptional.

Thanks Jack, I will keep my eye out for cholla, it is very common around here. Most of it is too small, but occasionally I see some larger pieces.

That is awesome! I have never made a walking stick, but carved a few wood spirits. I have some olive drying that I may try making a stick with. That one really is inspiring.

That is so cool! I really like the Jr's western world sign, with spurs! Thanks for posting great western memorabilia!

Thanks Bama, she wears a men's 8d, not sure what women's size. There are a lot of vintage boots in that size for cheap, and she likes the larger tops. I paid $12.78 for these. Not as much luck in size 11!

Thank you, it fits perfect. Since this hat is from Ft Worth, I can't help but wonder if they sourced their bodies from Byer Rolnick.

Just got these Lamas for my wife. The Red Justin boot is at a shop in Bakersfield, where Buck Owens was a customer

Bandera 3x, a gift from Brent @deadlyhandsome. Before and after photos. I blocked it on a #52 block, and flanged the brim. Thank you Brent! This was a fun project.
