Thanks! I recently read about Robert E. Howard, Jack had known him for years. Jack's son in law, Lynn Nabers was on the Texas state legislature for 14 years. Just received this one. From the auction photos, I thought this was a Cross Plains, with 3" brim. I was wrong, everything about the dimensions say San Antonio to me.
