I REALLY like that one on the right, Stetson, it looks half cowboy and half fedora.
fmw: what a great deal you got. The best part is - it has great color. I have always admired the cattleman hat for it's style.
AL: The moth bites are minimal. I think if someone on the streets would see that hat, they would think: " What a nice hat !"
The Color of the grosgrain brim and ribbon/bow, really make the hat. How did you find that hat? Did you fish it out of the bay?

I have been thinking of putting a cross on one of mine. It is a WWII Army Chaplains insignia cross, 1" tall. I am not sure if I dare do it, but I was thinking of breaking the pins off and using super glue to affix the cross to the ribbon. As a disabled combat vet...
Well, I would already have my favorite hat on, so I guess I would grab the most expensive Optimo 1000. Then I would have 2 hats. You will never catch me without a hat on.
Nazarin : Welcome. I think your hat has tremendous character. The brim and crown seem to just mold together. The color is also nice. That is a great hat all around. Next hat suggestion: Duplicate that hat but in fur. Nice hat!
