Casablanca Hat Color
Love this thread. At the risk of muddying the waters, I’ve always assumed that the hat he wore in Dark Passage was the same hat. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen a color promotional photo or ad for the film that showed him in this hat and it was definitely brown. I’ll see if I can find that image… -

Definitely not silver belly but (in my opinion) a much cooler and rarer color combo. Congrats, the Alessandrias are great hats. I had to add some stiffener to the brims of a couple of my borsas to keep them from getting wonky, but some of my favorites… -
