I guess I am not the only one. Even in mid-summer, when I travel by plane, I take a sweater or light jacket. Same for restaurants and movie theaters. I know that some folks run hot, but sitting for hours with cold air blowing on my neck is no fun.

Value is subjective. $400 for a pair of jeans does seem exorbitant. Not a bad gig if you can get it. IH has done a good job in maintaining high quality, good service and an excellent marketing strategy. Free enterprise at its best.
It snowed in Bend this morning and our high temp was 46°F. I took the pup for a walk this evening and seriously gave my N1 a look. Like you said, a seriously warm jacket. Somebody is going to get a helluva deal.
