    That's one way to look at it although I really do like zip sleeves more now than when I had the jacket made, yep the Cals are seem to be built that way too, bigger arm holes and generous biceps so it makes for an easy wearing jacket with excellent range of motion, not a standard JL pattern...

    yes sleeve length is ideal for me but it feels loose on the bicep/elbow/forearm. It looks okay when wearing a sweater but I rarely need to wear anything other than a shirt to wear jackets here so it feels off or maybe I'm just so used to trim sleeves lol

    The black teacore modified J24 is coming along nicely, I'm starting to like it more and more. The creases/folds are getting deeper for sure and it's even starting to take shape in the lower back panel of the jacket too.
