Steve, It's very thin so I tend to think it's probably Silk Plush. I didn't look into this in detail so I don't know how they verified this was Lincoln's Silk Top Hat.
This is the Silk Top Hat Lincoln wore the night of assignation. As you can see it is not collapsible and has a flatter brim.

There were Silk Top Hats made in Germany and Austria post WWII.
P. & C. Habig Wien were the last to make Silk Top Hats. They acquired the tools and stock from Spoorenberg in the early to mid 1970s. P. & C. Habig Wien made Silk Top Hats up to WWII. Here you can read about here on my website...
Daniele, I will try to find the "Bantam" trademark status in Germany. I think your hat could be from the later 1930s early 1940s but can't say for sure.
Daniele, Super! "M. W., B." is "Max Wiess, Berlin". Here is a similar paper label.

J. Hückel´s Söhne "Flexible", possibly 1930s. The smooth finish black felt is light in weight and very pliable. The off-white wide sweatband, gilded liner logo, and liner piping are more inline with JHS Stiff Felts. The overall condition is excellent. I found this Soft Felt back in 2017...
Stefan, Thanks! It's definitely a lot of felt. :) Beautiful series of hats from you! I was happy to see the STECO "Echt Velour". I actually have a STECO Stiff Felt on the way.
Gary, Thank you! Great looking pair of hats from you and Etsuko yesterday. I always enjoy seeing your posts. I will wear the hat you mentioned sometime in the next few days. :)
Carl Ceschka Wien, Back Bow, possibly 1920s and a recent find. It has a very wide brim so it might be considered an Artist Hat / Sombrero. The Velour is more Soleil like and of a heavier weight yet super pliable.
Plate: Carl Ceschka and sons, La Capelo, Vienna (1935)...
Wayne, Thank you posting this B.B. "Ultima" too. I don't have record of it. It's a super looking Back Bow Velour.
I also have this B.B. "Ultima" that I got from Panos. Not sure why I put later 1930s. It could be based on the paper label. I will have to look into this again...
Wayne, Super! This is a fantastic "NOVA" Velour. I believe the "NOVA" Velour was unique to the French market. Great Velour finish and color. Also great form and wide Band / Bow. It's possible that it's later 1920s early 1930s. The paper label is a Type 8...
Wayne, I don't believe I have encountered a Polish market JHS before. I wonder if it was made or came out of the JHS Skoczów, Poland factory (became PolkaP)? It's a great looking Prima Velour. Really like the color and finish. It has a Type 2 paper label...
